Clean up – post-bushfire, storm damage
In recent times, North East Victoria has experienced a number of extreme weather events, including bushfire and storms. Cleaning up after fire or storm damage is a selective process, requiring great sensitivity to the people affected and the environment.
After the 2009 Victorian bushfire disaster, High Country Tree Services sent in arborists to assess every tree from root to crown in the Marysville, Buxton, Narbethong, Taggerty, Granton area, marking only hazardous trees for pruning or removal along roads and powerlines.
After severe storms hit Shepparton, Mansfield and Wangaratta, High Country Tree Services was once again able to help, safely lifting trees out of pools, off houses and the Mansfield Hospital.
